As novices at this, both of us were made to feel at ease with Bex’s kind heart and brilliant assistance. We had numerous consultations regarding the cake design and it was catered to exactly how we wanted it and more. Four tiers, with 4 different flavours and even managed to incorporate some of our wheat and barley from our farm’s harvest onto the cake itself.

The high quality of ingredients, luxury extras just wowed! To top it off Bex is hands down, one of the most beautiful ladies I’ve ever met, she oozes warmth, compassion and a true sense of love for what she does. Thankfully, we have a few precious slices left, frozen for special occasions! You can guarantee we will be defrosting a slice for our first year anniversary and toasting to Bex all over again.
A thank you really isn’t enough, nor are the few slices of cake left in my freezer… but, I guess it just means we will just have to book you for birthdays and special occasions again!
